The candidates contest for five MLC seats from the graduates’ constituencies (Pune, Aurangabad, and Nagpur), two from teachers’ constituencies (Pune and Amravati).
Pune Padvidhar Election Result:
From Pune Division Graduates' constituency, Nationalist Congress Party's Arun Ganpati Lad registered victory. He had won by 49,000 votes in Pune graduate's constituency.
Aurangabad Padvidhar Election Result :
NCP's Satish Chavan Won in Aurangabad graduate's constituency.
Nagpur Padvidhar Election Result :
While in the Nagpur graduate's constituency Congress Candidate Abhijeet Wanjari is Leading. by 14,000 votes.
Amravati Teachers Constituency Result :
In Amravati Teachers Constituency Independent Candidate Kiran Sarnaik is Leading by 6,310 Votes.
Pune Teacher's Constituency Result :
Congress Candidate from Pune Teachers Constituency Jayant Asgavkar is also leading by 5,956 votes.
Still the counting is going. The Final Result is likely to be announced till today's evening.
