| PUNE UNIVERSITY PROCTORED EXAMS FOR NON FINAL YEAR ATKT |
Pune, December 3, 2020 : Savitribai Phule Pune University is going to conduct the ( PUNE UNIVERSITY : PROCTORED EXAMS FOR NON FINAL YEAR ATKT ) exam in proctored mode.
Today Non Final Year students received their credentials, timetable and instruction regarding the exams.
From 3rd Dec 2020 to 5th Dec 2020 students can appear for the mock test exams, between 10 am to 6.00 pm.
Many glitches were found in the Pune University
and still the final year students are facing the consequences.
Although If Savitribai Phule Pune University is taking the proctored exams then the question arises Is the SPPU University is really capable of taking the proctored exam for the non final year ATKT students..? Also the contract is given to the same company who had conducted the Final Year Exams.
While other universities in Maharashtra are not planning for the proctored method for the non final year backlog exams (Sources ).
Whereas students are demanding for the non proctored method for the same.
The Maharashtra Students Welfare Association ( MSWA ) starts a campaign regarding this. In this, students can directly email to the university officials in a single click. More than 3.2k emails have been sent through this campaign and Still Students are actively participating in this campaign.

While talking to a Pre Final Year Engineering ATKT student he said, ''First I faced an issue to login for the examination and after login my webcam turned off automatically'' . Due to this the system starts showing the warning popup. There are possibilities that we will lose a year due to all this technical glitches he added.
Another student said I am still trying to login for the mock test but still I am unable to login. When contacting my college they are saying contact university and university help line no is not working.
Other university students are also facing the same issue regarding the non final year backlog exams.( Communication gap between students, colleges and universities )
