The farmers are being protested against the Farm Bill 2020: Farmers Marching Towards Delhi which are passed by the central government in the last Lok Sabha Assembly Session.

Haryana and Punjab farmers are protesting in a large no against these 3 bills. Whereas farmers are trying to gather at Delhi for a large protest.

But the farmers were stopped at the Delhi borders. Also the states which are closed to Delhi all these borders are sealed by the police.

The notable thing is that farmers stopped protesting on the Constitution day. Somewhere on Haryana borders water cannons were also used to stop the farmers.

The farmers are demanding that the Farm Bill 2020: Farmers Marching Towards Delhi passed by the central government should be rolled back.

While talking to few farmers on phone who are protesting in Madhya Pradesh they said  the biggest fear that farmers have is about the MSP ( Minimum Support Price ). Due to these bills the MSP will be eliminated.

But the central government is saying that the MSP will not be eliminated.

Also the second fear farmers have is about the contract farming which is introduced in these bills.

While talking to Manish Deshpande, Social Worker from Pune he said the Central Government gave us permission to Assemble at Ram Leela Maidan in Delhi but the UP state government is stopping us at their state border. Also few protesters are arrested illegally by the UP Police. But we will protest till justice, he added.

The government passed these 3 farmers bills in the last Lok Sabha assembly session.
